Terms of Service & Engagement

Last updated: October 2025 · Applicable to all corporate advisory engagements.

1. Scope of Corporate Services

RegistrationSarthi is an independent corporate advisory, legal-tech, and tax filing platform. We facilitate business registrations, corporate incorporation filings, trademark applications, ISO documentation, and statutory compliance submissions with the relevant Indian governmental authorities (MCA, DGFT, CBIC/GSTN, Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, and FSSAI).

We are not a government agency or affiliate of any ministry. We act as authorized representatives and facilitators on behalf of our client enterprises.

2. Government Fees vs Professional Fees

Our quotations distinguish clearly between Professional Fees (for CA/CS consultation, drafting, and portal e-filing) and Statutory Government Fees (stamp duties, MCA name reservation charges, GST portal fees, or trademark filing fees).

Statutory government fees are subject to government revision without notice and are non-refundable once disbursed to state treasury accounts.

3. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information

Clients represent and warrant that all identification proofs, electricity bills, ownership NOCs, and financial statements provided to RegistrationSarthi are genuine, unadulterated, and lawful. RegistrationSarthi shall not be held liable for delayed clearances or penalties arising from fraudulent or incorrect documentation submitted by the client.

4. Turnaround Times & Government Portal Delays

Turnaround timelines (e.g., "7-10 working days for Private Limited Company") reflect typical processing cycles under standard conditions. Periods where government portals experience maintenance shutdowns, server outages, or unexpected backlog scrutiny by RoC/GST officers lie beyond reasonable control and shall not constitute a breach of engagement.

5. Refund & Cancellation Guidelines

If an engagement is cancelled by the client prior to government form drafting or DSC issuance, a refund of professional fees minus a nominal 10% administrative processing fee is granted. Once government forms have been drafted or filed with the respective departments, professional fees are non-refundable.

6. Jurisdiction

All engagements and legal agreements are governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
