• Promoter KYC: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
• Address Proofs: Utility bills, property tax receipts, rent deeds, and owner No Objection Certificates (NOC).
• Contact Details: Name, email address, phone numbers, and company communication addresses.
• Entity Specifics: Proposed corporate names, capital structures, and business objectives.

3. How Your Data is Used

Your data is exclusively utilized for:

• Drafting statutory charters (e-MOA, e-AOA, Partnership Deeds, LLP Agreements).
• Filing digital forms on statutory government portals via certified Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
• Sending filing receipts, Challans, and government approval certificates.
• Notifying you of annual statutory renewal deadlines (such as DGFT April-June updates or DIR-3 KYC).

4. Encryption & Retention

All digital documents uploaded via our web application are transmitted across 256-bit SSL encrypted transport channels. Once filings are successfully completed and confirmed by the relevant registrar, documents are archived in an access-restricted vault in accordance with Indian statutory retention guidelines.
